Concrete in Windsor settles due to a combination of many factors including poor soil compaction at time of install, drainage issues, tree roots getting to the site, and other reasons. In our area, the most common reason is void pockets being created under slabs due to rainwater washing away the soil underneath slabs. The voids then allow the concrete to move and settle. In Colorado, we have clay-rich soils, which expand when they are wet, then shrink and contract when they dry. These unstable soil conditions lead to concrete movement.
The trick is to displace the water completely so the soil under our slabs doesn't get wet and allow movement. Luckily, polyurethane concrete leveling foam is completely water resistant. Sprayfoam.org has information on tests where foam was completely submerged in water for 10 years and the water never absorbed or permeated into the foam. Rapid concrete raising will lift your concrete, but we do not stop there. Don't forget to ask about joint sealer and our hydrophobic concrete sealer to create a completely level and water resistant surface!
Polyjacking will save you over 50% of the cost of traditional concrete slab replacement.
Our eco friendly foam doesn't react with soil or water, keeping the ground chemical-free. We only drill a few small holes that will be patched and require no excavation.
After about 15 minutes, our foam is fully cured and will perform for years to come. Typical residential service takes 1-2 days.
Polyjacking eliminates dangerous trip hazards that can lead to injury and inconvenient liabilities.
Once the process is completed, the polyurethane foam won't wash away and will not allow water to pass through.
First appearances are everything when buying a home. Uneven concrete can ruin the aesthetic of any home.

We had Rapid Raise & Sprays use their spray foam insulation on the inside roof of our garage. The foam is slightly thicker than the roof rafters at approximately 4 inches thick. We immediately noticed that the power vents we installed 15 to 20 years ago were not coming on until 11:30 in the morning, instead of the normal 7:30 in the morning. We also noticed the attic temperature is consistently lower during the day.
Power vents are thermostatically controlled to come on at 70 degrees to exhaust the attic air out the vent, which draws outside air to assist in colling the attic heat from building up to 140 to 150 degrees. That process helps the hot air from penetrating through the insulation into the living space.
What the insulating foam seems to do is prevent the heat penetration from coming into the roof interior which blocks the heat penetration into the attic space itself. It seems that the spray foam keeps the temperature from ever getting up to 140 to 150 degrees like normal.
Bottom line for us is that the cost savings benefit in the air conditioning electrical bill will more than pay for the cost of the spray foam.
Carter’s service was excellent and professional. He even noticed some voids on our back patio and we are going to have him come do concrete stabilization work as well. We are looking forward to continuing the process in the main house and the relationship with Carter and Rapid Raise & Sprays.

Carter from Rapid Raise & Sprays saved us thousands of dollars by not having to replace our driveway but lifting the concrete that had sunk making it look new again and leveling it at the same time. We watched in amazement as they drilled the holes inserted the plugs then they sprayed the polyurethane foam under the sunken part of the driveway and like magic the concrete started lifting up until it was perfectly even. This is totally amazing process and so much more efficient & cost effective than mudjacking bids we got and this is a faster process than mudjacking and the holes are dime size not baseball size as they are when mudjacking. We highly recommend calling Rapid Raise & Sprays as they are fast and cleanup beautifully after the project is complete.

We highly recommend Rapid Raise & Sprays, they do excellent work and are reliable. They showed up when they said they would and completed our unlevel stairs project the same day. We called other companies but they said the concrete needed to be replaced and mudjacking was outside of our budget and they didn't think it would work that well anyway. The polyurethane that Rapid Raise uses is stronger and works excellent we are thrilled that we kept looking and found Rapid Raise & Sprays and are glad we used there professional service. Thanks Guys
